Description
Process invoices and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Assist with bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
Respond to finance-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
Experience in financial administration or a related role.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
A genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Offer
Hourly pay between £14.00 and £16.00.
