Key Responsibilities

Deliver full Principal Designer and CDM advisory services

Lead design reviews and influence design risk management

Support clients across commercial, mixed-use and regeneration projects

Build strong relationships with designers, contractors and stakeholders

Produce CPPs, Pre-Construction Information and design-related documentation

Must-Have Requirements

At least 4 years CDM / Principal Designer experience

Strong understanding of CDM 2015

NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent safety qualification

Excellent report writing and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
