Must have several years of Bodyshop / Accident repair industry experience in either or Paint Spraying, Panel Beating or Strip and Fit.
* Able to Distribute work to Bodyshop Staff
* Able to help and advise staff with repairs
* Able to rectify repairs where ness
* Oversea the smooth and efficient running or the workshop
* Able assist coach and encourage his team members
* Must have a Full Driving License
* Have his own tools
* Capable of tacking most Bodyshop repairs
* A good communicator
