The position is full-time office based from Monday – Friday and is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis working 36.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
* Oversee supplier relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
* Review and improve AP processes, controls, and reporting.
* Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant financial regulations.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to maintain high performance standards.
About You:
* Proven experience managing an Accounts Payable function.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
* Confident in using financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
