All schemes of work are planned and prepared for students to follow. Strong classroom management is essential to ensure students remain on task. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes and ensure students remain on task.
* Ensuring that a positive learning environment is maintained.
* Help manage behaviour and support learning activities.
* Following of school policies, including safeguarding.
Requirements:
* Strong behavioural and classroom management skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be arranged).
