We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to take the reins of a large, vibrant operation in Prestwick — a venue that’s so much more than a restaurant. With live music, events, and a busy food & beverage operation, this site is a true destination for guests and a cornerstone of the local community.
The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 80+ talented individuals across multiple departments, driving both operational excellence and an outstanding guest experience. You’ll take ownership of the venue’s full performance — from revenue generation and service standards to event delivery and team development.
This is a mini-operations role — perfect for an ambitious GM ready for the next step, or an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including restaurant service, live events, and private functions

Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team

Drive profitability and manage budgets, forecasting, and KPIs

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain the venue’s strong community reputation
About You

Proven success as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a similar multi-revenue venue

Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for people

Commercially savvy with a focus on both guest experience and profitability

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Enthusiastic, hands-on, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
