My client, a leading financial services company, are seeking a Procurement Administrator to support the procurement team with the review, validation and management of third-party contract.
Responsibilities
Review and validate supplier contracts for accuracy and compliance
Upload and maintain contract records in Ivalua with correct categorisation
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect documentation
Ensure data integrity within the contract repository
Provide general administrative and reporting support to the procurement team
Skills
Experience in procurement administration or contract management
Strong accuracy, organisation and communication skills
Proficient with contract management systems (Ivalua desirable)
Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Package
£300 per day (umbrella)
6 months
London, hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
