🔍 About the Role:
We’re working with a highly regarded Tier 1 building contractor known for delivering technically challenging and innovative projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join their established and talented project team.
You’ll be responsible for leading the design management process on flagship MOD and/or Nuclear schemes, ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and compliance throughout.

Proven experience managing the design process on MOD and/or Nuclear projects

A strong background in main contracting

Exceptional coordination and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage complex design information and interface with both internal teams and external consultants
