Our welcoming and forward-thinking SEN secondary school in Eccles is looking for an exceptional Complex Needs Teacher to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Complex Needs Teacher, you will:
Teach and inspire pupils aged 11-19 with a range of complex learning needs, including autism, communication difficulties and sensory/physical needs.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that promote independence, confidence and life skills.
Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, teaching assistants and families to ensure holistic support for every learner.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every young person feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS), ideally with experience in an SEN or specialist setting.
Has a creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
Demonstrates empathy, patience and strong communication skills.
Is committed to inclusive education and the belief that every child can achieve.
