Early Years Practitioner | Enfield | Level 2/3 Childcare | £13.69-£15.87 per hour | ASAP Start

Reeson Education is excited to be working with several welcoming day nurseries and primary schools across Enfield that are looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to join their teams.

These settings are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to young children. As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting the emotional, social, and cognitive development of every child in your care.

Role Details for the Early Years Practitioner:

Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (nurseries) or school-based hours (primary settings)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Across nurseries and schools in Enfield

What You'll Do as an Early Years Practitioner:

Deliver creative, play-based learning opportunities aligned with EYFS

Support children in achieving their developmental milestones

Maintain high standards of care, safety, and well-being

Build positive relationships with colleagues and families

Foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners

Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

Strong understanding of EYFS principles and early years pedagogy

Previous experience in nurseries or primary schools preferred

Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to working with young children
