We are a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical organisation with over 1,000 employees across the UK and abroad. As our CBD/CBPM division continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Customer Operations & Planning Coordinator who wants to build their career in a dynamic and emerging area of pharma.
About the Role
This role offers the chance to support customers, streamline operations, and contribute to production and demand planning. You will play a key part in ensuring orders run smoothly, customers receive clear communication, and internal teams stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Coordination
You will support CBPM customer accounts, provide timely updates on orders, and help resolve queries professionally.
Order Processing & Internal Communication
You will ensure all orders are accurately processed and will coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and logistics to maintain on-time delivery. You will monitor progress and flag any delays.
Planning & Operational Support
You will assist with production schedules, maintain demand forecasts, and support continuous improvement projects. You will also prepare reports and dashboards when required.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
You are ambitious, organised, proactive, and a strong communicator. You manage multiple tasks with ease and pay close attention to detail.
Desirable:
You may have experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or administration. Knowledge of planning tools or order management processes is helpful but not essential.
