Our client are a leading UK based welfare charity and they have an opening for 4 x Customer Relations Advisor to assist with a busy period of enquiries which will be generated by new process for clients to follow. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to guide callers through the steps they need to take to ensure compliance with a new system - mostly referring them to FAQs and more information on the company website - the hours are Mon - Fri 9-5 and our client will require you to work from their office in EC1 for 2 days per week and the rest may be remote (if preferred) A great team atmosphere awaits and a friendly working environment - The role must start before 10th December so you will have to have almost immediate availability - please contact us if you have excellent communications skills and a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers on a daily basis
