Are you a skilled automotive technician looking to join a forward-thinking and customer-focused team in Sheffield? We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Automotive Repair Technician to deliver best-in-class repairs and outstanding customer service in a supportive, dynamic environment.

What We Offer:
* Hours: Mon to Fri - 4pm till 11pm (no Sat unless on overtime - non compulsory)
* Basic £45,000 per year (£865 per week) plus uncapped bonus - OTE £65k
* First two months bonus guarantee of £600
* 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Company pension contribution of 6% (employee contribution 2%)
* 4x annual salary life insurance cover
Your Role:
* Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
* Deliver high-quality repairs to meet business and customer targets
* Provide an effortless, customer-focused service every time
* Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to achieve business goals
* Maintain strict health and safety compliance and accurate documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair
* BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant department competence(s)
* ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
* Strong technical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
