A DBS will be required, and having one on the update service would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation meets quality standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Manage inventory and food production schedules to optimize efficiency.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Create and update menu items, utilizing seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.

What's involved?
As a Relief Chef representing Taskmaster, we expect you to maintain a professional demeanour, demonstrate excellent punctuality, and exhibit a strong work ethic. All relief chefs must have up-to-date food hygiene and allergy certificates, we can support you with the application of these certificates, along with 3 years references, before we can assign you to work.
