Quality Assurance Inspector - Bicester

Shorterm Group is working with a growing company based in Bicester, specialising in composite manufacturing for the automotive industry. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Inspector to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on composite parts and assemblies throughout all stages of manufacture.

- Review and complete PPAP documentation and support quality inspection processes.

- Contribute to maintaining and improving ISO9001 quality standards (training and development available).

- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD models accurately.

- Use a variety of measuring tools and inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs (CMM experience desirable).

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in composite manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or another precision-engineering environment.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transport to Bicester.

Job Details

- Permanent position

- Day shift: Monday-Friday

- Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)

- Start date: Immediate interviews and starts available
