We are working with a fabulous travel company that offers deeply crafted travel experiences across the Middle East & North Africa now seeking an experienced Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager. With a great reputation in the industry our client offers a high-touch service, creativity, and ability to design journeys that feel both luxurious and meaningful.
This is an exciting role for an Egypt & Jordan Travel Specialist with B2B travel sales experience seeking rewarding career with a great team and that offers development and a varied/exciting job role.
If you are a Middle East and/or Africa specialist who can help craft and operate exceptional journeys with Uk based tour operator experience, we want to hear from you.
Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager Duties:
* Design and operate high end tailor-made journeys throughout Egypt, Jordan along with other destinations based on client parameters including interests, style of travel and budget.
* Liaise with local suppliers, guides, drivers, hotels, and on-the-ground teams.
* Manage trip operations: confirmations, client documentation, adjustments, last minute problem solving.
* Communicate professionally, promptly, and warmly with clients (B2B) throughout the planning process and whilst on ground in destination.
* Maintain excellent documentation and attention to detail across all trip files.
Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager – Essential Requirements:
* Experience in Egypt travel is essential, Jordan experience also a strong plus
* UK based tour operator background handling Egypt in a b2b or b2c capacity - essential
* Strong understanding of trip budgeting, pricing structures, and financial
* accuracy.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many moving parts at
once.
* Responsive, accurate, and proactive communicator both verbally and in writing,
with a warm and confident tone.
