Pathway Group is on a mission to Change Lives Through Skills and Work. We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training to adult learners looking to build their skills and progress into sustainable employment within the hospitality sector.
About the role
You’ll design and deliver creative sessions at Level 1 and Level 2 that inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. Working within the GLA contract, you’ll support individuals to gain confidence, achieve qualifications, and move into meaningful work.
What you’ll do:

Deliver accredited and non-accredited hospitality training, both in person and online.

Support and motivate learners to achieve their goals through engaging, inclusive teaching.
*
Identify individual needs and set SMART targets to promote progress.
*
Complete all required administrative and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
*
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners receive the best support possible.
*
Promote employability and career opportunities within the hospitality industry.
*
Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
What you’ll bring:

Experience in the hospitality sector (e.g. customer service, food service, or hotel operations).
*
Experience delivering training to adults in vocational or employability programmes.
*
Teaching or assessing qualification (minimum Level 3).
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
*
