Head Chef required for a Brunch venue in in the Sloane square / Knightsbridge area of London. The venue is only a few minutes walk from an underground station which is on the circle, district and Piccadilly line This venue is open from 8am to 8pm but with a massive focus on the brunch market. Head chef, more daytime focused hours, £45k. This is a small open kitchen, serving a brilliant brunch menu.

The role
As a head chef you will manage the team in the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, the kitchen looks clean and tidy, the food hygiene is followed, cook the brunch menu dishes and ensure the menu runs smoothly. This role includes all the normal head chef duties.

Experience
The client is looking for a chef who is either a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end coffee shop, café, or all-day dining concept, you will have a fresh food background and able to work in a open kitchen. You will have strong knowledge of food hygiene.
