Deputy Home Manager - Outstanding Elderly Care Service

Location: Moseley, Birmingham

Salary: £40,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Contract: 35 hours per week (Days)

Shifts: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

About the Role

As Deputy Home Manager, you'll work alongside a Nurse-qualified Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance. This largely supernumerary role focuses on:

-     Medication management and clinical audits

-     Staff supervision, training, and development

-     Upholding best practices in care delivery

-     Supporting a long-standing, dedicated team

You'll receive a comprehensive two-week induction with classroom-based training and supervision.
