Our client, a leading leasing organisation, is expanding their Contracts Team and looking for someone detail-oriented to support customers through the crucial final stages of their leasing journey.
Job Title: Service Order Administrator
Location: Just outside Bristol
Salary: £28,000 with a salary review after probation
Office Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital part of the operations team, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for customers during the contract signing process:
* Update and manage internal order tracking spreadsheets, including the Group Stock List
* Use the internal Dealer Portal for order management
* Check all vehicle orders for accuracy before sending to the supplying dealer, including finance documents, vehicle specifications and figures
* Set internal order holds to alert the Sales Team
* Liaise with the Sales Team on a variety of queries
* Liaise with suppliers and update Sales/Teams based on the latest information
* Chase confirmation of contract details
* Source alternative vehicles when current orders are delayed
* Keep the internal CRM system up to date with supplier information
* Manage the orders mailbox, responding to and actioning emails promptly
* Switch, amend, or cancel vehicle orders as required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferably in the Automotive Industry role
* Strong administrative experience, particularly with Microsoft Office packages
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
* Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines within a busy workload
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role
