An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading, award-winning organisation within the property and technology sector. You’ll be part of a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role based in Reading, requiring just one day per week in the office, offering a great work-life balance alongside excellent development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line customer support and advice via phone and ticketing system
Log and manage all relevant details to ensure smooth and effective resolution
Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction levels above 98%
Build product knowledge through comprehensive training and ongoing coaching
Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and resolve complex queries
You’ll also bring:
A good standard of education (A-Level or equivalent preferred)
Previous frontline customer service experience
Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and web-based systems
Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce (advantageous but not essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
