This small-to-mid-sized organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transformation and is seeking exceptional talent to strengthen its Quality Assurance team.

About the Role
We are searching for a visionary Qualified Person (QP) to take a pivotal leadership role within the organisation. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day Quality operations and spearhead a significant project to modernise the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Quality Assurance function, including day-to-day operations and team management.

* Take part in QMS upgrades.

* Serve as a key decision-maker in leadership meetings, working closely with senior management to align quality initiatives with business objectives.

* Act as a Qualified Person (QP) for the release of medicinal products, ideally including liquid oral dosages.

Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you must:

* Be a UK citizen or hold the right to work in the UK.

* Have extensive experience as a QP on a UK licence

* Ideally have a proven track record of implementing and improving QMS.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in releasing liquid oral dosages as a QP is highly desirable.

Location & Working Arrangement
This role is predominantly site-based, requiring the successful candidate to work on-site near Liverpool, UK, for at least 4 days per week.
