The Role

As Building Control Surveyor, you'll handle all aspects of Building Regulations compliance, from plan assessments and site inspections to client liaison and technical reporting. You'll work closely with design teams, contractors, and developers to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality buildings across Manchester.

Your day-to-day:

Assess plans and specifications for Building Regulations compliance

Conduct site inspections and issue detailed reports

Advise clients and design teams on technical and regulatory requirements

Work collaboratively with fire safety and design professionals

Manage projects independently with full autonomy and support

Requirements:

Building Control or Building Surveying background
