Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare meals that are healthy, nutritious, and appealing.
* Manage kitchen operations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
* Implement cleaning and maintenance schedules for the kitchen equipment.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a chef in a similar environment.
* Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious meals.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Good communication skills.
